Important information: To be able to register and activate the speed camera facility and obtain speed camera location updates you must:

    1. Download the driver "software" for the RC400.

    2. Download the Microsoft ActiveSync software.

    3. Visit  http://tcforpnd.joval.nl to download and activate the speed camera software.

Follow the step by step instructions below and use the installation guides to help you navigate the installation process (you may find it easier to print the instructions so you can refer to them while installing the software).

Please note: the speed camera facility is free to use and update as often as you require for a period of 6 months from date of registration. To be able to use the facility after 6 months you will need to purchase an extension to the software license also available from http://tcforpnd.joval.nl
